A perfectly staged hostage situation as an assessment tool to evaluate one’s own employees in a stressful situation – initiator Vanessa Kramer (Lavinia Wilson) is convinced that the method will set new standards in human resources management! Too bad that the hired hostage-takers get serious and suddenly demand real ransom with real weapons. While Vanessa tries to organize the ransom on her own almost, the hostage-takers also face unusual problems: How are they supposed to make it clear to the success-hungry consultants that they are no longer in an elaborate role-playing game?
